This thought was proposed by our Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi. He stated, “Yoga is an invaluable gift of India’s ancient tradition. It embodies the unity of mind and body; thought and action; restraint and fulfilment; harmony between man and nature; a holistic approach to health and well-being. It is not about exercise but to discover the sense of oneness with yourself, the world and nature. By changing our lifestyle and creating consciousness, it can help in well-being.”
Worldwide Yoga Day was commended by the understudies and educators at Indira National School with extraordinary excitement. Our students showed different asanas pursued by Vivek reciting. Warm-up practices were taken and every one of the understudies performed sitting and standing asanas, the significance of these were clarified together. The festivity finished up with a synchronized performance of shlokas and discourse by our Principal. He urged understudies to rehearse normal yoga to stay fit and improve focus.
Regular act of yoga will without a doubt help our Students accomplish a superior life, physically, mentally and spiritually as well.
